Easy to use handle template for serving trays of all kinds from cutting boards and charcuterie boards to beer flight trays and whatever else you can dream up!
The templates are made from 0.22" thick acrylic and cut out on the CNC.
It is 12" wide but you can do wider boards if paired with an appropriate length straight edge.
These templates make your projects super easy! Here's the steps:
Step 1 - Fit template to your board and trace it.
Step 2 - Cut out the shape as close as you can on your bandsaw, jigsaw, or scrollsaw.
Step 3 - Attach the template to your piece with hot glue, double sided tape, or your preferred method.
Step 4 - Follow the template using the appropriate flush cut bit.
Step 5 - Remove the template and finish your project however you see fit.
Step 6 - Use your self made tray, give it away to a loved one, SELL it for a profit, or do whatever else you want with it!
